Underlying Indicator Pressure Points  - What does this mean?

This is some seriously easy to understand information, and very hard to use. And you need to start to think differently about pressure points to apply it. So lets look at the Lung Meridian because it is the arms, and the arms always present themselves.

If I look at LU-05 to see it relates to water. . So as an example if i press down on this pressure point then I cause a connection to the water element. This means that the arm of the attacker is now not only metal and fire, but the water element rises also.

This makes a wood strike on their body, perhaps the Gall Bladder Cluster devastating. A knee to GB-31 would be 10 times more crippling that it normally would be. If you are off target you still get a result!

Can you see the power in Underlying Indicator Pressure Points?

Underlying Indicator Pressure Points in Conclusion

Kyusho Article CONCLUSION

As I stated the concept of Underlying Indicator Pressure Points is pretty simple. The application takes a different way of thinking. This brings you from 2 dimensional thinking to 3 dimensional plus!

Influential Pressure Points. What makes them so important?

* Influential Pressure Points

Influential Pressure Points: Today I am going to look at another set of "Special Pressure Points." This is extremely advanced information. There will be one more of these special pressure point sets after this coming soon. Special Purpose Pressure Points are points that do many different things. And this relates to the term Influential Pressure Points. They influence other parts of the body.

We are interested in this from a destructive point of view. These have been reverse engineered from acupuncture.

Influential Pressure Points - How They Work

These pressure points when activated affect certain meridian and organ groupings. The pressure points in these cases are activated by simple contact, but once contact is removed, the affect is gone also. However you do have approximately a 10 second delay before the effect is completely gone. 10 seconds is a long time! This is not related to pressure point activation, which is a much longer period of time.

Breakdown of Influential Pressure Points

1) Liver 13 (This affects the Yin Meridians on both sides of the body. It also has a direct
affect on the Yin organs of the body (Heart, Lung, Pericardium, Spleen, Liver and
Kidney) (Zang Organs).
LV-13 is also an Alarm Point, as are all of these.

2) Conception 12 – this point affects the Yang Meridians on both sides of the boy. It also
has a direct affect on the Yang organs (Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Stomach, Gall
Bladder and Bladder) (Fu Organs).

3) Conception 17 – This point affects the Qi or Chi energy on the left side of the body making any strike to the left side having a greater effect. The left side of the body is also extremely important in Dim Mak

4) Bladder 17 – This point affects the Blood energy on the right side of the body making
any strike to the right side more effective. Another extremely important pressure point in the study of Dim Mak.

Influential Pressure Points

Influential Pressure Points while advanced knowledge are extremely important and have a profound effect on the body.  To use these first you must complete the basics, and have a very strong Kyusho Jitsu foundation.

A great way to experiment with these is by activated them, then do strikes to the related area and note effect.

Caution needs to be used as this is very powerful knowledge. And please do not overuse your Uke. There health is critical. If you are going to train with this information please consider take ing my Resuscitation Certification Course

Influential Pressure Points in Conclusion

Kyusho Article CONCLUSION

Kyusho Jitsu is an amazing journey! Yes there are simpler ways to do things. And there are a lot of Kyusho instructors doing this.

But I prefer pressure points to be a learning experience. I try to learn something new everyday. And I am still learning new things all the time about Kyusho Jitsu.

Dim Mak Theories to Street Applications is based on this information. Thank you for taking time to read about Influential Pressure Points.

Collateral Pressure Points. How the energy river runs.

( Collateral Pressure Points

Collateral Pressure Points: Today I am going to get into some seriously advanced Kyusho Jitsu. A few days ago I wrote an article on Confluent Pressure Points which I hope you got to read.  Collateral Pressure Points are a topic very few really know about or understand.

They are critical to the understanding and application of Dim Mak Principles and tie directly to another very difficult Principle of Kyusho Jitsu which is the 24 Hour Diurnal Cycle.

First I am going to break this all down, and then give you a way in which to tie this information all together. So hold on!

Collateral Pressure Points Breakdown

The follow points connect to meridians not normally charted. They run deep and will connect directly to other meridians as you will see in the chart.

1. Lung 7 – Connects to the Large Intestine Meridian.
2. Small Intestine 7 – Connect to the Heart Meridian.
3. Stomach 40 – Connect to the Spleen Meridian.
4. Spleen 4 – Connect to the Stomach Meridian
5. Liver 6 – Connect to the Lung Meridian
6. Bladder 58 – Connects to the Kidney Meridian
7. Kidney 4 – Connects to the Bladder Meridian
8. Pericardium 6 – Connect to Triple Warmer Meridian
9. Triple Warmer 5 – Connect to Pericardium Meridian
10. Gall Bladder 37 – Connect to the Liver Meridian
11. Liver 5 – Connect to Gall Bladder
12. Conception 15 – Connect to Governor Vessel
13. Governor 1 – Connect to the Conception Vessel
14. Heart 5 – Connect to Small Intestine
15. Spleen 21 – Major Collateral connect and wraps around the entire chest.

You will notice, I hope that we have 2 pressure points listed that just keep showing up! The first is PC-06 which is also a Confluent Pressure Point, plus I consider a Special Alarm Point. Then we have SP-21, which is arguable the most dangerous pressure point on the body. Also a Special Alarm Point.

Everything is connected.  This subject is far to difficult for a simple written explanation. This information is also heavily tied to body health and healing. Check my article on Quantum Healing with Chi Development and hopefully you will begin to connect the dots here.

Confluent Pressure Points. What makes the Dangerous?

* Confluent Pressure Points

Confluent Pressure Points: Today I am going to take a look at some seriously advanced pressure point knowledge. And I will do my best to keep this as simple as possible so everyone can benefit from this.

So lets get into Confluent Pressure Points, which are very special pressure points.

There are a total of 5 of these type of pressure points. However for the purpose of this article I am only going to look at 4 of them. The reason is the 5th, which is BL-62 has no self defense usage. That one is purely a healing pressure point

Confluent Pressure Points - Pressure Point PC-06

I have a very detailed article on PC-06 which you can also use for reference for this pressure point. PC-06 is one of the most important on the human body which is why I am addressing it first.

PC-06 is located 2 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, between the tendons of the palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis muscles, in the flexor digitorum superficialis manus muscle. In it's deep position in the flexor digitorum sublimis muscle. Below is a closer look.

The Pressure Point Pericardium 2

This pressure point is very easy to access. It is available anytime someone grabs you. And the good news is that you do not have to strike it! Simply touch it. And remain in contact. This is BEST done with the pericardium finger, but not required.

What happens under these conditions? The chest weakens making it vulnerable to any strike on the area. But a strike to a pressure point like SP-21 or KD-21 would be deadly.

This Confluent Pressure Points is POWERFUL knowledge!

Confluent Pressure Points - Pressure Point SP-04

* Confluent Pressure Points

Spleen 6 or SP-06 gets a lot of attention from the Kyusho Jitsu universe. And it even has an AKA which is Triple Yin. And yes it is a great pressure point to setup knockouts. But Pressure Point SP-04 is another animal!

Located on the foot in the depression distal and inferior to the base of the 1st metatarsal bone, at the junction of the red and white skin or roughly 1 cun behind the joint of the
big toe. At the anterior, inferior margin of the 1st metatarsal, in the abductor
hallucis muscle
.

These Confluent Pressure Points, when activated via a touch, and you can do this with a foot, causes the GI tract, Stomach and Spleen to become vulnerable. You can attack with a simple punch to thee abdomen and get an amplified result, or you could attack Pressure Point ST-05 and cause the system to overload.

Warning, if the stomach is full the contents are coming out!

Confluent Pressure Points - Pressure Point LU-07

LU-06 Painful Arm Pressure Points

Another of the wonderful Confluent Pressure Points! LU-07 is located on the wrist superior to the styloid process of the radius, 1.5 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, in the depression.

And being located on the wrist like PC-06 is very easy to access! Activation will cause weakness in the throat and head! Therefore any pressure point attacked in these areas can be deadly! The head is one of the most dangerous places to strike, as is the throat and throat generally.

Imagine a strike to ST-09? This is making many strikes Kill Shots

Confluent Pressure Points - Pressure Point SI-03

* Confluent Pressure Points

Our final pressure point today is SI-03! Located on the ulna side of the palm, in the depression between the base of the 5th metacarpal bone and the triquetral bone. Lateral to the origin of the abductor digiti minimi manus.

And another case of in a hands on attack these can easily be activated!

 What are the results? The neck at the sides and shoulders because vulnerable!

This opens up to deadly pressure points, LI-18 and SI-16 making them even more

Confluent Pressure Points in Conclusion

Kyusho Article CONCLUSION

I hope you can see the power of using Confluent Pressure Points together with strikes. My new course Kill Shot Pressure Points is based on this information.

I hope you enjoyed this article on Confluent Pressure Points.

Alarm Point ST-25 [Stomach]. How to stop up Large Intestine.

* Alarm Point ST-25

Alarm Point ST-25: Today I am going to discuss on of my personal favorite pressure points. This is Alarm Point ST-25. And this is a pressure point often times overlooked, yet is so easy to access and very effective as a setup for other strikes. Plus if you perform Kata in your martial art system you have a "ready" stance at the beginning of the Kata. And this a strike bilaterally to ST-25

So lets get into this!

Alarm Point ST-25 - Location & Effect

Alarm Point ST-25 is located 2 cun lateral [finger widths] to the centre of the umbilicus. This strike can cause knock out when struck hard. It will also cause diarrhea on the spot. Plus this is a pressure point that is capable of causing emotional disorders and also the physical symptoms that go with emotional disorders.

This is because it upsets the communication between Gall Bladder and Triple Warmer Meridian Systems.

You also feel a vacuum effect with a hard and correct strike, using a penetrating striking action.

Alarm Point

Alarm Point ST-25 is also and most importantly an Alarm Point. Alarm Points are pressure points that have a direct relationship to the organ they are linked with. In this case Pressure Point ST-25 is the Alarm Point for Large Intestine. This is why above I speak of potential diarrhea! Striking this pressure point also brings the 24 Hour Diurnal Cycle into play.

When you strike Alarm Point -ST-25 the following results:

  • Activation of Stomach on the side struck
  • Importantly plus Activation of Large Intestine Bilaterally
  • Activation of Triple Warmer Bilaterally

The importance and power of Alarm Points cannot be overstated! I go into great details on Alarm Points in my eBook the 15 Principles Plus One of Kyusho Jitsu. Here is a link to an Alarm Point Video Course also. Both are excellent learning resources.

Alarm Point ST-25 in Conclusion

Alarm Point ST-25 CONCLUSION

This is one very powerful pressure point! Because of its location and its dramatic effects this is one to be added to your training!

Plus you can often see this in your Kata as a double strike! Make sure to play with this one and learn its in and outs. But as always be cautious!

Thank you for reading about Alarm Point ST-25!

Pressure Point LV-13 [Liver]. How to Decimate the Digestive System

* Pressure Point LV-13

Pressure Point LV-13: I love Alarm Points and Pressure Point LV-13 [Liver] is an Alarm Point! The power of these special pressure points cannot be overstated!  In this case LV-13 is the Alarm Point for the Spleen.

The spleen is a very important YIN organ, and we will go into some details about all of this as the article progresses.

So just keep reading for all the information you need to know.

Pressure Point LV-13 - Location & Effects

LV -13 is located on the lateral side of the abdomen, below the free end of the 11th rib, when the arm is bent at the elbow and held against the side, this pressure point is roughly
located at the tip of the elbow.

Pressure Point LV-13 is in the internal and external oblique muscles.

Striking Pressure Point LV-13 with a chopping action causes great physical damage to the area, as well as causing electrical damage because of the nerves close to the surface and with the rib cage.

* Pressure Point LV-13

This is a knockout pressure point and because of the location is very dangerous if stuck with too much force as a demonstration.

Years ago a martial arts instructor demonstrated with a student on a TV show in the USA caused an emergency situation requiring a doctor to be brought in to help the student. The student was fine afterward, however this shows the power of this pressure point.

Striking Pressure Point LV-13 on the left side of the body can also easily result in a ruptured spleen which can be deadly in of itself.

Pressure Point LV-13 - Alarm Point Effects

Striking Pressure Point LV-13 being an Alarm Point also causes several things to happen. So let's take a deeper look now.

  • Activation of the Spleen Meridian Bi-laterally
  • And activation of the Liver Meridian on the side struck
  • As well as activation of the Triple Warmer Meridian Bi-laterally

This is a lot of power and many affected areas of the body from a single struck! I do suggest you study Alarm Points in more depth.

Below there will be a link to a course with more in-depth knowledge. Alarm Points are a must study in the science of pressure point self defense called Kyusho Jitsu.

* Pressure Point LV-13

Pressure Point LV-13 in Conclusion

Kyusho Article CONCLUSION

Pressure Point LV-13 is a powerful and dangerous pressure point.

It is also almost impossible to strike this pressure point without also striking another Alarm Point GB-24!

Follow the link to read more about Pressure Point GB-24.

I do also strongly recommend getting my eBook Kyusho Pressure Point Anatomy which will break down every pressure point on the body. Along with these articles you will have everything you need to succeed in Kyusho Jitsu! Thank you for reading about Pressure Point LV-13.

Pressure Point ST-35 How to Dislocate the Attackers Knee

* Pressure Point ST-35

Pressure Point ST-35: Kick them in the knee cap! Not a bad idea really! The knee cap dislocates and breaks pretty easy, and not much force is needed! But there is a better place. That is Pressure Point ST-35!

Pressure Point ST-35 - Location & Effect

This is a very important pressure point in acupuncture. So if that is of  interest you I do suggest looking to this more. But that is beyond the scope of the article.

When the knee is flexed, the pressure point ST-35 is in the depression below the patella and lateral to the patella tendon. It is a trauma pressure point.

This causes intense local pain and knee injury will also result! And this will be immediately followed by severe kidney chi drainage and damage causing immediate loss of power and tiredness.

In someone with kidney issues serious problems, like kidney failure, can and will result over time. This can also be a knockout pressure point because of the trauma and reaction of the brain.

Striking Pressure Point ST-35

^ Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross

This is not an easy strike! While the knee is easy to strike itself targeting this pressure point will require a lot of practice and opportunity!

And training to strike this area is a great idea, remember that any strike to the knee, if there is sufficiency force will result in damage.

Knee strikes are conflict enders

Pressure Point ST-35 in Conclusion

Kyusho Article CONCLUSION

Training is the most important thing to consider when looking at self defense.

While an intellectual study like Kyusho Jitsu can cause a dramatic increase in the understanding and effectiveness of the art you study there is no substitute for physical training

Thank you for reading about Pressure Point ST-35.

Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross. How to Quickly Dislocate a Knee.

^ Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross

Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross: Attack the knees they say! OK that sounds like a good idea! But exactly how do you do this? What is the best way? Today I will spend a few minutes discussing 4 pressure points located at the knees and the meridians involved. A place I refer to as the Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross.

Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross - Pressure Points

There are 2 meridians running down the legs and 4 pressure points located at the knee joint that makeup the Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross. When attacked correctly these cause the knee to collapse and the attacker to go down.

Let's take a look at these pressure points now.

Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross - SP-9 & Sp-10

SP - Grand Cross

Here we are going to discuss pressure points Spleen SP-09 and SP-10. First SP-09 is located on the lower border of the medial condyle of the tibia.

At the depression between the posterior border of the tibia and the gastrocnemius in the upper part of the origin of the soleus muscle.

Pressure Point SP-10, when the knee is flexed, the point is located 2 cun above the Medio Superior border of the patella, on the bulge of the medial portion of the Quadriceps
Femoris.

At the superior margin of the medial condyle of the femur, in the medial margin of the Vastus Medialis muscle. Another way of locating this point is to cup your right palm to the patient's left knee, with the thumb on the medial side and the other four fingers directed proximal to the pressure point is located where the tip of your thumb rests.

I will cover the attack of these points later in the article.

Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross - ST-34 & ST-36

Now we will take a look at the outside of the leg with ST-34 and ST-36. ST-34 is 2 cun above the laterosuperior border of the patella, between the rectus femoris and the vastus lateralis muscles of the thigh.

And ST-36 is located 2 cun above the latero superior border of the patella, between the Rectus Femoris and the vastus lateralis muscles of the thigh.

^ Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross

Attacking the Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross

* Quads

To attack these pressure points individually is a waste of time. These would take a knuckle striking exactly the correct spot, which on the street is useless.

However the can be attacked very effectively with a kick or a stomp or the foot!

And like the name implies you strike across from one pressure point to the other in a cross like manner! Imagine an X on the knee, and you will attack either up and across to the other side or down and across to the other side.

Very simply really! Use cautious when training as the results are profound.

Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross in Conclusion

Kyusho Jitsu Grand Cross CONCLUSION

This is an excellent set of pressure points to study and add to your self defense system! It causes the knee to "give out" on any person I have ever tried this on.

And the bonus on a person with a larger frame, assuming weight on the knee attacked, they will go down to the ground and dislocating the joint ending the FIGHT.

Top 3 Deadly Back Pressure Points. Learn the top 3 best now!

* Deadly Back Pressure Points

Today I a going to look at the most Deadly Back Pressure Points! This is going to be a list that includes the back and the back of the head and neck. Please note all pressure points on the back have the potential to be very dangerous! Therefore extreme care needs to be used when training to assure Uki safety!

Deadly Back Pressure Points - BL-10

* Dim Mak Pressure Point BL-10

This is perhaps the most dangerous of all pressure points on the back of the body! BL-10 has been covered in a previous article which is linked but it is well worth a second look.

Pressure Point BL-10 is located 1.3 cun lateral to GV-15, within the posterior hairline on the lateral side of the trapezium in the origin of the trapezium and in its deep position in the semispinalis capitis muscle.

And BL-10 is found just below the Medulla Oblongata, which is the lowest part of the brain stem. It is about two centimetres long.

The nerve fibers cross here, causing one side of the brain to receive information from the opposite side of the body. This is the control centre of the brain for many vital bodily functions. Therefore making the area very dangerous.

Hence one of the very dangerous effects of a strike here is damage to the brain stem which is right there! Unconsciousness will result and potential death and delayed death (Dim Mak) if a Chi strike is used and the electrical system is disrupted.

Therefore please read the article linked above for greater details!

Deadly Back Pressure Points - GB-20

Not quite as dangerous, however very effective is Pressure Point GB-20.

The 5 Best Knockout Pressure Points

GB-20 is located on the back of the head at the posterior aspect of the neck, below the occipital bone, in the depression between the upper portion of the Sternocleidomastoideus muscle and the Trapezius muscle.

A low to medium strike will cause a knockout and a hard strike can result in brain damage. Great local pain is also present with any strike. Concussions are always a risk with head pressure points.

While Pressure Point GB-20 is commonly used for demonstrations of Neurological Knockouts there are dangers associated with it that do need to be addressed. While no where near as dangerous as BL-10 caution still needs to be used on this pressure point.

GB-20 lies on the Greater Occipital Nerve as you can see in the diagram above. This is obviously tied into the functions of the Trapezius Muscle [Left] as well as other functions.

Deadly Back Pressure Points - Bladder Meridian

The Associated Alarm Points

For this the final part of the article Deadly Back Pressure Points I am going to address the Bladder Meridian on the right side of the body versus specific pressure points.

The reason begin is this is the path of the Associated Alarm Points which basically makes everything dangerous and deadly!

Striking Associated Alarm Points like as an example BL-15. Pressure Point BL-15 is the Associated Alarm Point for the Heart.  And striking this pressure point has a direct effect on the neurological aspects of the heart itself.

In other words a correct strike with 2 Way Action, plus correct direction will stop the heart immediately!

This applies to all Associated Alarm Points and the organ they represent! Please read that article on Associated Alarm Points

 Alarm Point CV-14

Kyusho Alarm Point CV-14: I am a martial arts teacher who specializes in Pressure Points. My area of expertise is very specific. They are Kyusho Jitsu as well as my eclectic root art of Hon Sang Mu Sa Hapkido. I do not follow the martial arts industry, other instructors or styles. I am going to give you a video below to explain a little more. But today we are going to discuss a very important pressure point that is Alarm Point CV-14.

You can learn more about Alarm Points from the link provided.

Alarm Point CV-14 - Location & Dangers

Alarm Point CV-14 is located on the mid-line of the abdomen, 6 cun above the umbilicus or 1 cun below the Xiphoid process of the sternum.

This is one of the most dangerous pressure points on the body! People have been known to die when struck, for instance with a baseball, right on the pressure point.

This pressure point can actually stop the heart dead in its tracks.

* Alarm Point CV-14

A person receiving a strike here, damaging the Xiphoid process can die from a coughing and/ or vomiting attack! Not to mention the physical damage that can be done to the heart muscle itself from the breaking of the xiphoid and sternum.

Alarm Point for the Heart - Kyusho Alarm Point CV-14

As I also mentioned Alarm Point CV-14 is the Alarm Point for the heart itself (the organ.) Any strike to this pressure point has a direct effect on the health of the heart itself. If the person suffers from underlying heart issues death can result down the road.

* Alarm Point CV-14

This is also know in Dim Mak as "delayed death."  And if we are honest the vast majority of people today are in poor health, and overweight. This adds stress to the heart muscle, and also the lungs and other organs.

Thus making the study of Kyusho Jitsu in general and Alarm Points in specific very important! Learning to attack the systems that govern the organs of the body is a game changer!

However in this article I can only touch on the subject. Also read the article here called Pressure Point CV-17 which is the Alarm Point for the pericardium, AKA Heart 2.
