Kyusho Jitsu and Meditation how to Calm the Mind. In today's dystopian world STRESS for most people is off the charts! Many martial artists are stranded without places to train because non scientific requirements of sellout politicians, restricting the world, destroying lives, and killing people for a payday from who know who.

This makes martial arts, Kyusho Jitsu and Meditation more important today than ever before. 

So lets take a look at why, and exact what the benefits are to the student.

Stress has always been a problem in the modern world. But today people are bombarded 24/7 with propaganda and contradictory information for the purpose of dumbing down the people. That is obvious or at least it should be if you are reading this. And it is working very very well!

This type of brainwashing causes a condition in the mind called cognitive despondence, which we do not yet know the potential issues in the long term. My guess is we are making sociopaths.

We have now created a world of people who are mentally very unstable, who think words are violence and physical violence is OK. Where lies are truth and facts are racist and dangerous. Most people do not want to leave their homes and are more than willing to comply with Orwellian lies and government corruption just because they want to live in peace. And I do not blame them. WE do not know who the enemy is any longer. 

But the mind must be nourished or it will die! Many diseases of the brain are reaching epidemic levels,

The benefits to meditation are many. Let's talk about this solution to the way people feel and their health for a few minutes now. 

Martial Art's training which was once very complete, is now very incomplete. Most of what is taught today is simply sport. 

The idea of either just getting in shape, or becoming a champion is prevalent. It is a pass time for most and not a way of life.

Plus most of what I have seen in the real world despite its claims fall very short in the self defense department. This is why I wrote an article called martial artist are not self defense experts.  And years and years ago Chi Development and Meditation were part of the teachings.

Today this is not so because of our politically correct world. And from what I see the knowledge is just not there any longer. 

Kyusho Jitsu and Meditation - Benefits

The benefits of meditation are many. Here is a short list for you to consider. So let's begin shall we!

  • Calming the mind - control of out of control emotional reactions to everything!
  • Focus - being able to focus the mind, to control and give attention to things that matter.
  • Breathing - learning to breath correctly and fully
  • Increasing Chi flow in the meridians
  • And Increases intelligence and staves off mental deterioration

Kyusho Jitsu and Meditation. How does Kyusho Jitsu fit in? As I have stated numerous times Kyusho Jitsu is not a martial art, it is a system. It exists within every martial art, but the information and training is lacking.

Therefore as I teaching Kyusho Jitsu it is an intellectual learning, designed to be worked back into the physical art form or system!

And thus the idea of a body-mind connection. Martial arts training is about Body - Mind and Spirit, meditation being the spiritual.

There is a lot of crap out there being taught as meditation. Ok I said it! As an example i am NOT a fan of "guided meditation." To me it is simply a self help marketing ploy. Why do I say this? For one reason it does not create the habit of meditation because people do not see results and stop doing it and second people fall asleep. I know I have tried it! It was boring after 2 days! Perhaps it is for you. I guess it depends on the author. 

Also I have been asked about music during meditation. But I suppose it depends on the music. Personally no, I am not a fan. But that is up to the individual.

Then being persistent and patient. Nothing in life that is worthwhile happens fast. 

The results of meditation have proven themselves over the centuries.
